Who Is Eligible? Regular full-time colleagues Regular full-time colleagues are eligible to participate in Alight’s benefit plans. You can also cover eligible dependents (spouses, domestic partners and children), where applicable.

Eligibility You are eligible to participate in the Plan if you meet the following requirements: You are hired by Alight or a participating employer as a regular full-time or part-time employee; you are a resident of Puerto Rico and your permanent assigned work location is Puerto Rico.
Independent contractors, leased employees, union employees, temporary employees, seasonal employees and employees assigned to a benefit affiliation that does not provide for participation in the Plan are not eligible to participate in the Plan.
