Who Is Eligible?
Regular full-time and part-time colleagues who work at least 20 hours per week, and their dependents as described below, are eligible to participate in Alight's health benefits. Some of these are provided to you automatically and some require enrollment.

Temporary and seasonal colleagues (including independent contractors) are not eligible to participate.



Some Core Benefits
Alight automatically provides basic life and AD&D insurance at two times your salary, in addition to short-term disability coverage (up to 11 weeks at 100% pay), and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

As part of Alight's commitment to supporting the healthy mind, body, wallet and life of colleagues and their families, we make a sizable contribution toward the cost of several benefits. You have control when you enroll through the exchange: you get to choose the coverage level., cost, and insurance carrier that are right for your situation.

The carrier you select for 'medical coverage will also provide your dental, vision and prescription coverages. Also, these coverages will all be the same metallic option. Therefore, make sure you are comfortable with how the carrier you choose will cover all aspects of your healthcare needs.

Your participation in the plan is effective at hire, and Alight matches your contributions at 100% of the first 6%. All company contributions are vested at 50% after two years of service and 100% after three years of service. The Alight Caribe Savings Plan offers a broad choice of investment funds for your savings and company contributions. An array of fund options lets you tailor your investment strategy to meet your goals.
