 Alight Academy is a way to grow our colleagues and create a learning culture. When it comes to thriving at Alight, we are committed to the future and our colleagues' learning journey. We are reimagining how we help our people learn to be better, stronger and brighter together. Alight Academy is more than our learning courses portal. It houses reference materials in career and learning resources along with our Alight training programs & courses. ​​​​​​​

t Alight, we reimagine how people and organizations thrive. The Alight Shine program brings greatness to light by recognizing colleagues for going above and beyond expectations. We want to celebrate the many different types of achievements while also creating a consistent global culture to show you our appreciation.

Colleagues can use the Shine program to publicly thank/recognize others with a Spark award. Managers can nominate colleagues for a Shine award based on their clear demonstration of our values:

Career Growth Model
There are lots of ways to enrich and grow your career at Alight. We have implemented a Career Growth model that helps colleagues reflect on where they're at with their career and plot thier career direction.  

The Career Growth Model is a tool to help colleagues think about their career path, discuss it with their manager and own their career journey.
