Alight Retiree Health Solutions Benefits Advisors (BA) provide comprehensive education and consultation to seniors regarding their Medicare needs.  Our licensed, virtual Benefit Advisors interact with customers via inbound/and outbound pre-scheduled phone appointments.  They leverage the latest technology, tools and resources to fully assess the needs of the customer and recommend a Medicare plan that is most suitable.
