Health Navigation

Health Navigation combines clinical, benefits, and consumer insights to help individuals confidently understand their coverage, select high‑quality providers, evaluate treatment options, resolve billing or claims concerns, and access employer‑sponsored programs. The function serves as a central point of coordination that removes barriers and ensures members receive the right care, at the right time, and at the right cost.

Health Pro Consultants operate as knowledgeable advisors who leverage training, data, and industry best practices to deliver consultative guidance across the entire healthcare journey. They help identify cost‑effective solutions, connect individuals with clinical experts when needed, and provide actionable recommendations tailored to each situation. Through this model, the department strengthens member engagement, builds trust, and supports employer partners in achieving improved employee well‑being and overall plan performance.
 

Leave of Absence

Alight’s Leave Solutions team supports employees through life’s most important moments by managing leaves of absence so HR teams can focus on productivity, talent, and growth. We provide large employers with comprehensive leave management software and services that prioritize wellbeing, reduce administrative burden, control costs, and ensure compliance with constantly evolving federal and state leave laws. Our offerings include full outsourcing and co‑sourcing, the Alight Worklife LeavePro and Absence Connect platforms—designed to automate and streamline leave administration—and MD Guidelines, an evidence‑based clinical resource that supports accurate duration expectations and return‑to‑work decisions. Together, these solutions help employers deliver compassionate, expert support to their employees while maintaining operational efficiency.
 
Opportunities within Leave Solutions span a range of rewarding and impactful roles, including Disability Case Managers, Registered Nurse Case Managers, Client Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives, and Project Managers. Candidates who thrive in our environment typically bring strengths such as CLMS certification; experience with short‑term disability (STD) and long‑term disability (LTD); strong communication and presentation skills; attention to detail; the ability to multitask and manage complex cases; and comfort working with leave administration systems or Microsoft Office tools. Our organization is supported by skilled leaders alongside key partners in HR and Finance. Our Defined Contributions Customer Solutions Specialist (Licensed) role is perfect for those with a financial background and a passion for educating and supporting others in making complex retirement decisions. This is not a sales/commission role. You'd be handling inbound calls and providing guidance/information and transaction support only. Candidates must have a FINRA Series 6 or 7 license, and Series 63/65/66 is a plus.
