The Alight Military Assimiliation Program to Success (MAPS)

Alight’s military veteran or military spouse assimilation and development program focused on cultivating a diverse group of future leaders that will THRIVE at Alight.  Through the MAPS program, colleagues will work with their managers to build networks and cultural competency, increase business acumen, and learn to balance work and life promoting a positive engagement for the veteran.

MAPS consists of two care elements - Caring for your place at Alight and Caring for your wellbeing - that have defined actions for the manager and colleague occurring at different intervals.  Each of the actions build upon the previous actions to ensure that the colleague remains successful in their current and future roles.  Click on the appropriate timeframe to see the actions aligned.
