Our seasonal virtual Agents interact with Customers via inbound/outbound phone calls, online email and webchat.  Every day, our Agents are on the front-line of care, playing a critical role in preparing the customer for their upcoming scheduled appointment with a Licensed Benefit Advisor.  As a virtual Agent you will be equipped with the latest technology, tools and resources to truly make a positive impact to those you serve daily.
