Who Is Eligible?

Regular full-time and part-time colleagues (who work at least 20 hours) are eligible to participate in Alight’s benefits plans and programs. You can
also cover eligible dependents (spouses, domestic partners and children), where applicable.

Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits

Choose your coverage level and insurance carrier on the Exchange, a private online marketplace. You will have several coverage levels to choose from, including high deductible plans that can be paired with an HSA, as well as traditional plans with set co-pays.

Additional Benefits
You can purchase benefits such as long-term disability insurance, supplemental life and AD&D insurance, pet insurance and more.

​​​​​​​401k Savings Plan
You are eligible to start saving upon hire. On the first of the month after six months of service, Alight will match your contributions. Once you become eligible for matching, you’re also eligible for the company-provided annual Retirement Account Contribution (RAC) of 2.5% of your eligible earnings. Therefore, your total possible company contributions (matching contributions plus RAC) equal 6.5%. All company contributions are vested after two years of service.

Time Off
Alight offers the following paid time off per year:
  • 8 company holidays 
  • 2 floating holidays
  • 6 wellness days
  • 15 vacation days
  • 8 weeks parental leave- 100% pay - including adoption and foster care placement
