Equipment is shipped overnight and expected to arrive on or just before your start date provided you've cleared your background check. We will send an email a week out with more expectations as well as a few days before your start, you'll receive a welcome email from the business outlining how your first day will go. Typically it consists of one or two welcome calls to help walk you through expectations and your equipment. Training won't begin until the next business day
Equipment typically arrives in 3 separate packages, so please be advised if you receive multiple packages.
- • One box with laptop/PC and adapter, keyboard, mouse, headset, 25ft ethernet cable
- • One box with monitor and cabling
- • One letter with login credentials
For Puerto Rico only:
- • We do require you to come to our office on Day 1 which is located at 273 Ponce de Leon Avenue in Hato Rey ( San Juan metro area). Day 1 is used for equipment pick up and set up. After that, you will have the option to choose to work from the office or from home.
