Who Is Eligible?
Regular full-time colleagues are eligible to participate in Alight’s benefit plans and programs. You can also cover eligible dependents (spouses, domestic partners and children), where applicable. Eligibility for temporary and part-time colleagues is detailed in our Benefits Guide.

Medical coverage through the Exchange includes a choice of insurance companies and plans. You'll have several options to choose from, available from different insurance carriers at different costs.

Your medical coverage is bundled witha a prescription drug, vision & dental plan.

Your participation in the plan is effective at hire, and Alight matches your contributions at 100% of the first 6%. All company contributions are vested at 50% after two years of service and 100% after three years of service. The Alight Caribe Savings Plan offers a broad choice of investment funds for your savings and company contributions. An array of fund options lets you tailor your investment strategy to meet your goals.
