Alight's Inclusion Council
The Council's goal is to help Alight strengthen our culture, establish and prioritize inclusion goals, serve as advocates, lead change and drive inclusion efforts. They collaborate with our executive team, our sponsors and our colleagues to bring our core values to life as we strive to make Alight a best place and safe space to work.
