As the face of Alight Solutions, our Customer Care colleagues play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients' employees, plan participants, and retirees. These colleagues offer knowledge, compassion and understanding, all focused on making a difference and caring for our customers.
We are currently seeking multiple Customer Care Representatives – Supporting Benefits & HR Services to handle incoming calls from our clients' employees, answering their questions and sorting out issues relating to their healthcare benefits, 401k savings, life benefits, retirement plans, LOA, payroll, and other human resource related services.
