Inspire Alight's Internship program. Interns in this program actively participate in a blended 10 week paid summer program, across offices throughout the US. This program is a blend of formal education , experiential learnina and mentorship and networking. Helping you succeed is our number one priority.

• A blend of online webinars, external learning content for self-development, opportunities to interact with business leaders, and exciting on-the-job projects
• Peer learning and networking facilitated by a cohort environment in the Alight Academy
